30-day return window

You have 30 days from your delivery date to request a return.

How to return

1. Email us at hello@ateliva.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Pack securely and ship your item to the address we provide.
3. Receive your refund within 5 business days of us receiving your return.

Damaged or faulty items

If your kit arrives damaged or faulty, email us at hello@ateliva.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — including return shipping costs.
